This sugar is special. It's a natural, unrefined golden sugar with a distinctive, rich flavour; ideal for sweetening coffee or adding a crunchy topping to cakes, crunbles or fruit. As it's unrefined and has no chemicals used in the processing, more of the natural nutrients and flavours are retained.

Grown and processed in Mauritius, the sugar farmers and their small island communities benefit hugely from the Fairtrade premium they receive in exchange for their sugar.
