This 73% Bittersweet Dark Chocolate is made entirely (bean-to-bar) in Ghana with freshly harvested Fairtrade cocoa to create great flavour and benefit local communities.
Delicate flakes of mouth-watering sea salt give way to bittersweet dark chocolate with woody notes of roasted cocoa.
Although this product is not labelled as "Fairtrade", the farmers and factory are certified Fairtrade. Made In Africa also have an agreement to pay an extra 50% of the Fairtrade premium, meaning they pay 150% in total. The extra money is used for development projects in the farmer community.
