This natural, unrefined, golden coloured sugar is ideal for sweetening tea or baking cakes and puddings. It is also perfect for making delicious shortbread or meringues. As it's unrefined and has had no chemicals used in the processing, more of the natural nutrients and flavours are retained.
Grown and processed in Mauritius, the sugar farmers and their small island communities benefit hugely from the Fairtrade premium they receive in exchange for their sugar.
