In cool ice blue, this hand-painted glass Peace Light gives a soft, wintry glow when a tea light flickers inside it, lovely on a windowsill or a winter table long after Christmas.
Whether you use it as a small vase, a tea light holder or simply an ornament, a Peace Light is a tangible symbol of hope, creativity and collaboration.
Each piece is mouth-blown by Muslim craftsmen in Hebron, using mostly recycled glass. It is then painted by Christian artisans in Bethlehem and shipped through Israel from the port of Ashdod.
Bethlehem Baubles will use the profit from the sale of these wonderful pieces to fund a training centre where the ancient skills of glass blowing and painting can be passed on to the next generation.
